求助windows 2003无法删除文件

最近网站老是被当肉鸡，于是我把网站得所有权限都需要，只保持读权限，可以正常浏览，可是现在不知道哪里有漏洞，竟然还能被黑客，在目录下生成采集文件目录，并且是特殊目录，无法直接删除，请问，这类文件夹如何删除，另外这样得问题有没有有效得解决方法？

First you should get your proprietary of that directory.

Second you modify the privileges of that directory as the biggest privileges.

Finally you can delete them easily.
