SQL SERVER文本串的处理

请教一个SQL问题：
在SQL中有没有可能将
一个文本字段的值：
CPO-123,CPO-123,CPO-234,CPO-234,CPO-345
转换成：
CPO-123(2),CPO-234(2),CPO-345
?

replace替换掉？

先拆分 在GROUP BY 再合并。
