为什么我的MyEcilpse使用Struts2配置文件中的constant标签总是出错

有哪位大侠知道吗我的版本为struts-2.2.3.1最新的版本。。。网上说以前的版本会出现这种错误是因为tomact放置的目录下有空格，我的没有。。。到底是怎么回事啊？很纠结。。。。。
