5300-09-08升级到5300-10-00报错 求指点

报错信息为:

但是在我下载的5300-10-00-0920(2.41 GB)内全是些U802812.bff之类的文件,上面链接中所说的第四步:mv X11.Dt.rte* offendingfiles 该怎么做呢?另外麻烦高手看下这个方法是否可以解决此问题,万分感谢!耽误您的时间给指点一下,谢谢了!
