安装完Apache启动失败

错误信息为：
“httpd.exe could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name,using 192.168.1.100 for ServerName
<os 10013>以一种访问权限不允许的方式做了一个访问套接字的尝试：make_sock:could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
not listening sockets acailable,shutting down
unable to open logs
”
我刚要学习php，请问这是什么问题，我在http.conf文件里爷吧80的地方改成了81，但也启动失败，这是为什么？

用360安全卫士（或者别的什么XX卫士）修复网络（LSP）试试。
