PHP安装问题

安装PHP5.3.5的时候就弹出对话框，对话框内如如下：

你确信下载的是windows编译过的版本？
如果是的话，尝试下运行regsvr32 scrrun.dll呢
如果还不行 建议安装 the Windows Script 新版 for Windows
