我想问有用开v5 573g既师兄，你开机有冇提示话acer有个程式帮你备份，好似重装window咁，但要删哂磁碟机入面资料，咁备唔备份好
另外，notebook有冇边个制系可以洗机reset功能，部野死机就重装window

I brought v5-573g also (from cuhk)
I don't do anything on it
all in all, there is 3 years warranty
if there is any problem, just take the nb to the repairing center and it will be solved
I think that everyone has a practice to store the important files in the external hardisk is ok
(I even delete the internal antivirus software to fasten it)
