Backwards Compatibility

This repack is HEAVILY backwards compatible with my previous M:DE repack. The only changed files are: setup.exe, fg-02.bin, fg-04.bin & fg-07.bin. All other files can be rehashed to save you up to 14.9 GB of traffic.
