The Mimic

Proxima Centauri b, a tiny desolate world around a dim star, just 4 light years away is colonized by mankind. The Mimic is a native of this world with predator instincts. It is a perfect hunter and escapes any containment. You now remain all that is left from a crew of 10.

The Mimic PC Game is a unique platform puzzle solver. You play the role of the Engineer whose and each of your move is shadowed by the Mimic. Mimic moves along-with you. There is some connection between both of you, if your Mimic is killed, you die. If you get too close, you die.

It is not only the Mimic you have to fear, danger is supported with the deadly environment you have to watch out for too. Malfunctioning of defense systems, security grids and dead ends may end up trapping your in with your Mimic, thus leading to your death.

Download the game from download links given below.

Right click on the downloaded file and click on “Extract here”.

You need Winrar installed to do it.

Now Right click on the extracted Iso file and click on “Extract here” again.

OR You can also open iso with software called “UltraISO”. Click on the “Mount to virtual drive” icon on the 3rd bar on top of UtraISO to mount it. Then go to the virtual drive and open it. This is usually just after My Computer.

Once mounted or extracted, Right click on the file named “Setup.exe” and click on “Run As Administrator” to start the game installation.

Wait for it to install the game on your pc.

Once the installation is complete, open the folder named “PLAZA” and copy all the files from there and paste into the directory where you have installed the game. For example if you have installed game in “My Computer > Local Disk C > Program files > “The Mimic” then paste those files in this directory.

Click on replace if it asks for it.

Right click on the game icon .exe and then click on “Run as Administrator” to start the game.
