Ancient Cities

This is an ongoing version and is constantly being improved, so please refer to the Early Access section for a detailed description of the current version content.

Starting in the Mesolithic era, you must guide people through generations, discover and improve technology, manage resources and populations, and face perpetrators and threats from Mother Nature. And ultimately build some of the most fantastic ancient cities over the centuries in a fully simulated world and ecosystem.

We love technology, strategy games, history, archeology, and cities.

Of course, we dream of a magnificent strategy city simulator that allows players to develop their cities over time in a reliable and immersive way.

We are developing our own custom rendering technology for this game. The reason is that we can render what we envision. It displays thousands of elements on the screen simultaneously at good fps, giving players an impressive image of the city. Both gameplay and details are important to us.

We decided to start with the origins of the city at the end of Mesolithic. It was logical and it was very suitable for the project. A new era introduces new games and play features on top of what existed before. Just like in real life.

We hope that ancient cities will become a powerful platform for our future productions, leading us increasingly into the realm of history and exploring various places and eras around the world, such as Greece, Rome or the Middle Ages.

Use the download link given at the bottom of this page to download the full game.

Right-click on the compressed file of rar. and click on “Extract here”.

Ensure that you already have the software of Winrar installed.

Now you will see an Iso file that is extracted and you must extract it too by clicking on “Extract here” again.

OR If you are comfortable with “UltraISO” software, you can also open iso with it by clicking on the “Mount to virtual drive” icon on the 3rd bar on top of UltraISO. Then go to the virtual drive and open it. This is usually just after My Computer.

When you have done the mounting or extracting, Right-click on the file with an extension of “.exe” and click on “Run As Administrator” to start the game installation.

Wait for it to install the game on your pc.

Once the installation is complete, open the folder and copy all the files from there and paste into the directory where you have installed the game. For example, if you have installed the game in “My Computer > Local Disk C > Program files >“Ancient Cities” then paste those files in this directory.

Click on replace if it asks for it.

Right-click on the game icon .exe and then click on “Run as Administrator” to start the game.
