Windows Mobile系统智能手机不能升级至Windows Phone  7系统成为了WM玩家的遗憾，不过能尝试其他智能机操作系统甚至桌面系统也是个不错的选择。

索尼爱立信X1成功移植了Ubuntu系统
，Xda- developers论坛的网友在此事的启发下，制作了Touch  Pro2版Ubuntu系统安装包，是不是WM系统手机都有机会尝试这个桌面版系统呢？

同X1安装过程一样，用户只需要将安装包解压缩至存储卡的根目录，然后运行haret.exe就可以了，目前为止无线、声音、电源管理功能还不能正 常工作，键盘上的部分键位也不能正常识别。
