NetBeans的Git插件 NbGit 0.3 发布

新版本修正了重新加载被排除的文件(.gitignore and .git/info/exclude)的一些问题，修正了使用子模块的问题。新的功能包括支持克隆，同时提供了 JGit 的图形化功能等，尽管目前功能还非常有限。
