spring集成axis开发webservice的问题

最近使用axis开发webservice，在调试时总是出现java.lang.IllegalStateException: No WebApplicationContext found: no ContextLoaderListener registered?错误
ps:1.webservice发布正确，能通过http://localhost:8080/axis/services查看到webservice接口列表
  2.web.xml中使用ContextLoaderServlet注册ApplicationContext的配置文件（而非ContextLoaderListener）
  3.web.xml中配置了连接池
ps:纠结了一天了没搞出来，发帖来了！
