急，问个zendcore的问题

小弟是新手，全新安装的zendcore，2.5版本的。并且安装了zendcore上面的apache，安装好之后修改http.conf文件，把document_root改成document_root="d:/www/public"，然后加上<directory d:/www/public>
AllowOverride All
</directory>，
然后在"d/www/public内新建一个.htaccess文件"，.htaccess文件内容是：
RewriteEngine On
RewriteRule !\.(js|ico|gif|jpg|png|css)$ /index.php
重启apache后总出错，看error.log，有一行是
[Wed Apr 08 08:28:40 2009] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use 'LimitInternalRecursion' to increase the limit if necessary. Use 'LogLevel debug' to get a backtrace.

请问什么地方出错了，我是全新安装的zendcore，并且使用的上面绑定的apache。
