Zend Studiio 调试输出无法识别include_path,直接浏览器打开可用

自安装了PHPnow服务器在套件后（现在已删），原来ZS可以识别include，但是现在不行了，如何让它恢复原来的状态？
调试警告：C:\PHP\part4\4-9\ProductOnline.php 行 2 - include_once() [<a href='function.include'>function.include</a>]: Failed opening './class/User.php' for inclusion (include_path='.;C:\php5\pear')（原先没有）(曾试改过的PHP.ini中include_path，依然无效)

调试输出phpinfo()也会出现如下的警告（原先没有）：

环境:IIS5.1 + PHP5.2.4 + MySQL5.0.45  + Zend Optimizer v3.3.0 + Zend Debugger v5.2.6
