关于insert 并行 /* +append */ 的问题！

　　请问使用并行加速插入数据时是用
insert /*+  append */ into test_insert a select * from test_select b;
还是用
insert /*+  append parallel(a,10) */  into test_insert a select * from test_select b;
呢？
