硬盘error

操作系统：SunOS smp2 5.6 Generic_105181-32 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-80
将备机加入双机后，发现日志报异常

vxdisk list 后发现一块硬盘error,请帮忙分析一下什么原因？有什么影响没？谢谢
