招聘：

直接为北美雇主工作
薪金：30-100 元/小时(相当于年收入6-20万元）
取决于工作经验

无英语口语要求。我们的华语联系人通过Internet/Skype 分发和收集任务
但要求英语读写能力。

应聘者需具备下列条件（符合较多者为佳）：
.3年以上Linux/UNIX 系统编程经验
.丰富的Linux内核知识
.Linux开发环境经验（如cvs,makefile)
.丰富的IP协议栈和Ethernet知识
.软件开发周期的经验
.架构嵌入式软件产品的能力
.开发或改进Linux设备驱动程序的经验(Block/PCI/USB)
.多平台架构开发经验(I86/MIPS/Xscale...)
.硬件相关经验.理解电路图和器件规格说明的能力

Hourly rate: 30-100RMB Yuan/Hr( 60K-200K yearly income)  
Depends on experience.

No oral English ability required, Our Mandarin-speaking contact will dispatch and collect your  
task via Internet and Skype.
English reading/writing ability is highly desired.


Candidate will have the following (the more the better):

.3+ years of programming experience on Linux or UNIX systems
.Extensive knowledge of the Linux kernel
.Experience setting up a Linux development environment using cvs and makefile .
.Extensive knowledge of the IP protocol stack and Ethernet
.Experience with the complete software lifecycle process
.Ability to architect an embedded software product.  
.Experience with developing or modifying Linux device driver (Block/PCI/USB)
.Experience with Multiplatform architecture (I86/MIPS/Xscale...)
.Experience with hardware. Ability to understand schematic and datasheet.
