red hat不能输中文

我的red hat装了紫光输入法后，就不能使用ctrl+space,连中文输入法都不能调出来了，这是为什么呀？　　　　　　

我也遇到同样的问题，请哪位高……高手解决一下！　　　　　　

linux下用紫光的人很少吧
fcitx和紫光很类似。试试看　　　　　　

我的机器按ctrl+空格调不出输入法，可家里的能（不是chinput）。所以在安装完
red hat foraed core 2版后又安装了chinput，运行时出现了

[root@localhost root]# chinput &

我的也是,装了fcitx后原来自带的个就用不起了

按ctrl+空格调出输入法 你的默认language因该是中文才行！看样子你的不是！　　　　　　

me too, Im using Fedora Core 2 and already installed " fcitx ". I'm using English version of Fedora 2 and when I pressed ALT + Spacebar the fcitx will not coming out. What I have to do is, I have to go to the root and go to usr/local/bin/ and type "fcitx" then only the fcitx will appear from the GUI interface. But, the problem is here, even if the fcitx is already coming out, but i just can''t type in Chinese and I just don't know how to use it, can somebody help me figure this out?

And I also found out that, when i switch the language of my fedora 2 from English verion to Chinese version,  and I can just typing Chinese word by using the Chinse Input Method which is embedded by Fedora 2 itself, but when I switch back in to English version of Fedora, no matter how many times i type ALT + Spacebar, the Chinese Input Method will never appear again and I just unable to type Chinese words again, so could somebody also help me to do this? I want to use english version of Fedora Core 2 but also can using the Chinese input as well (no matter is from Fedora Core itself or fcitx"
