Can't su to root user

After reinstall my system, i can't su to root as a normal user now.

BTW: I reinstall the system using debootstrap, i don't think it has something with this problem.

Have you verified the permission of /bin/su? It should have the root SID bit.
Another file to verify is /etc/pam.d/su
This file defines which users are allowed to become root with the su command.
