安装anjuta的问题

安装anjuta时，./configure后出现下列提示，checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c
checking whether build environment is sane... configure: error: newly created file is older than distributed files!
Check your system clock，怎么解决啊，我是菜鸟，各位大侠帮帮忙吧！
