163的源挺快的，还有一个anheng的源也不错。
apt-spy自动生成一个呗。

一直用debian.cn99.com, 好像速度很少低于100K.

我这里cn99的ubuntu的源。我用apt-mirror作cn99 ubuntu9.04源的镜像，24个G，80分钟不到就OK了。。。
