Help! A Problem in installing scim 1.1.3 on mdk 10.1

I use mirror.averse.net (a site at singapore) as my rpm source to install mdk 10.2 rpm packages. System asked me to delete scim-chinese0.4.2mdk when I was installing scim 1.1.3 last night. After the installation completed, I couldn't use the Zhineng Pinyin input method any longer. So I deleted all scim libraries and programs, then reinstalled scim 0.99 and scim-chinese0.4.2mdk. I don't like fcitx. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

I can't type Chinese because I'm using Knoppix 3.7 english version in college now.

scim-chinese has been renamed to scim-pinyin. So, the only command you need is "urpmi scim-pinyin". It will install correct version of scim.

解决了，可能是因为还没有重启的时候和已经在桌面运行的0.99进程冲突吧，重启后就没事了
