如何在tty1上指定一个程序在tty2 上执行？

我的服务器上有个服务器程序必需在前台运行，而且必需把控制台开着，Ctrl+z 后 bg 都不行！
问题是 我现在要远程管理它 ，我的个人计算机上必需 保持 telnet 或（ssh）窗口，怎么办？
我的 个人计算机下班后是要关机的，而服务器程序又不能停？？

use screendump, for example, your programme runs on tty3, when you're at home, ssh to your server,and type: screendump 3
this command should be at console-utils or screen package.
