初次安装le 2005 的问题

1 我按照置顶贴的方法改为粗体字，其余的什么都没动，发现有时用kftp时服务器端有乱码，k邮件收回的信也有乱码。
2 关机时显示器提示超出工作频率 我的分辨率为1028*768 刷新率为85这些都是系统默认的。
请高手帮忙分析一下
