youbest大哥的文档为什么省略了Shadow安装的两个步骤

首先非常感谢大哥的文档,我是按照第二版

一步步对着官方文档做的
每个步骤基本都是和官方文档一模一样
但是在安装shadow的那一章
原文里面有

Disable the installation of Chinese and Korean manual pages, since Man-DB cannot format them properly:

sed -i -e 's/ ko//' -e 's/ zh_CN zh_TW//' man/Makefile

Shadow supplies other manual pages in a UTF-8 encoding. Man-DB can display these in the recommended encodings by using the convert-mans script which we installed:

for i in de es fi fr id it pt_BR; do
convert-mans UTF-8 ISO-8859-1 man/${i}/*.?
done

for i in cs hu pl; do
convert-mans UTF-8 ISO-8859-2 man/${i}/*.?
done

convert-mans UTF-8 EUC-JP man/ja/*.?
convert-mans UTF-8 KOI8-R man/ru/*.?
convert-mans UTF-8 ISO-8859-9 man/tr/*.?

而在大哥的文档里面却没有,直接跳过去了
想问下原因?

官方文档不会错把
为什么要跳过这两步呢
