LFS启动错误

各位成功人士，有没有谁在启动LFS（6.4）的时候，出现：
Root-NFS:no NFS server available,giving up
VFS:unable to mount root fs via NFS,trying floppy
VFS:cannot open rootdevice "sda7" or unknown-block(2,0)
please append a correct "root=" boot option;.....
kernel panic -not syncing:VFS:unable to mount root fs on unknown -block (2,0)
前面的工作早就做好了，就是到了这里怎么也不行了。
在配置kernel（2.6.27.4）的时候，大家是怎么配置的，安装手册上对这个只字未提。
还有就是在安装完kernel后，要运行grub,在lfs中无论 root（hd0,0）-(hd0,8),都是该设备不存在（the device does not exist）,怎么办呀

有没有把dev等系统分区mount上？

按照安装手册上说的，最后不是要把这些虚拟文件系统umount掉吗

我在这里回复吧，看到楼主回了很多帖子，虽然是挖坟，但是提问的精神还是值得提倡的。

1.关于虚拟文件系统 mount 的问题
因为grub需要访问硬件才能获得分区数据，并且需要访问硬件才能写入引导数据，而你的操作系统是通过 /dev 来访问硬件的，所以必须把宿主系统的 /dev mount到子系统LFS的/dev下，这样grub才能访问硬件。在安装完grub，重设root密码后再 umount /dev 等目录。

2.不能mount / 分区的问题
访问分区首先要支持该硬盘的接口，其次要支持该文件格式。这两个东西每个人电脑上都不同，如果不把你自己的硬件信息发出来，我们也没办法帮你解决内核配置这个问题。因此我建议你在宿主系统运行 dmesg，之后把信息发出来，或者在windows里面运行everest软件，得到一个详细的硬件资料。一般配置内核都是要得到详细的硬件资料才能配置内核的，因为表面上同样500G硬盘，2G 的CPU，在具体信息上会有很大不同，内核配置也会截然不同。
在你前面回复的两个帖子里面，贴出了你的一些内核配置，但是不清楚你的内核配置是不是适合硬件，所以也就没有人能给你答案。

可能你刚开始接触linux，碰到问题把具体的信息弄出来别人才能给你答案，因为同样的问题，原因可能会有很大差别。

我已经把所有关于非IDE的选项和FILE SYSTEMS里面的选项都包含编译了。.config文件已经有9.9M了，可是还是一无既往的出现上面的错误呀。还有一个现象是，有时选项选择不同后，运行的有效分区竟然不一样，但就是没有sda7。该怎么办呀。

接着上一帖，我系统中只有一个硬盘，不知道有效分区（这个kernel panic处显示的）却是这样的：

你的问题在於你不懂得正确配置内核引起的，试想清楚手册啥时候教过你用 initrd？为什麽别人可以不用 initrd 来附助却能启动？

说句不忠听的，阁下的方法在 LFS 的角度来看，并不值得参考，因为你还不会配置好内核，仍未掌握 LFS 的精髓
