[重新编译内核了-over]无法启动-Block device /dev/sda3 is not a valid root device

虚拟机安装的。
如下错误提示：
>> Determining root device...
>> Block device /dev/sda3 is not a valid root device...
>> The root block device is unspecified or not detected.
Please specify a device to boot, or "shell" for a shell...
boot() ::
使用shell进入后，/dev下面没有硬盘的设备。
但是使用其他的启动盘都能检测到。
还有相关的配置，还想看什么么？？？
