I don't think MBA will really come out one with Retina display within one year.  The technology for making such will void the marketing of MBA.  According to Sweta Dash, senior director of display research & strategy at IHS, Apple felt that giving the MacBook Airs better battery life was more important than providing them with a Retina Display.
