多年用家体验. 超级后悔买Z10

我系BB多年用家, 9000 > 9700 > 9800 > 9900 > Z10

讲起呢部机真系火都嚟. 价值贵唔系问题. 但质数真系差到无朋友. 首先个4G 真系非常热. 连续用一小时机背热到辣手.

而且部机又易hang. 想更新软件又话系最新版本无得更新. 好啦set up e mail应该系呢部机唯一强项. 点知呢部机比i phone同android更废.

以前所有Blackberry机. 无论公司邮箱或yahoo. Mail果D. set up都无难度，点知呢部废机系唔识detect任何种类,即系话想设定mail. ,

你一定要知道incoming同outgoing所有设定. 否则一定set up唔到. 我搞咗几日好辛苦至揾到点set up

i need to found long time for search my company incoming & outgoing setting and other e mail setting

Finally i can success set up e mail

However,when i use Z10 delete e mail, check the web mail also delete,i try to set up POP3 & IMAP but status remain unchange.

For 9900 or other model,if you delete e mail,you can choose delete from handheld only,but Z10 no choose

But i use my Android & Apple mobile never have this problem

任何类型? 我SETUP左YAHOO同GMAIL都唔需要输入SERVER资料, 只系EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD就SET好...
另外, 小弟公司用EXCHANGE, 而家有SUPPORT EXCHANGE ACTIVESYNC, 都系入多行EXCHANGE SERVER ADDRESS就SET好...
可以话系同ANDROID及IOS一样设定方法, 唔明点解你会SET唔到???

最后一样我都发现到, 的确而家无OPTION系DELETE EMAIL ON DEVICE ONLY...
希望迟D OS UPDATE会有返啦~~都只系一样野o者, 建议你都系睇下manuals, 了解多D部机先闹啦...

我部重惨，1日起码自动重启3次以上，真后悔买咗，依家放只值3000

你似乎未点见过部机唔正常个阵系点。
自己用左几月同比user做pilot 。 user return 返黎feedback 都系有一啲非常古怪嘅fault。。
都不之报左几多只怪case上去blackberry。。
symptom好难reproduce同会佢会消失。。

呢加有一部分系冇solution, 做full wipe系最好。(work around)

Another one, device using Active Sync (similar to Android/iOS) , when you delete an item. it delete sync back to your mailbox. so delete option no longer available is normal..
you cant find such option in Android/iOS . right ?

楼主。假如你系用开device咁多年，会相信你识报fault。。

I use " 引用" for the above message using Z10, looks like they fixed the problem. And I don't really know what's your problem with your Z10, mine works fine and have been a week already. No self/sudden shutdown, e-mail works fine.

As a business device, it is the best BB device I ever use. As a smart phone device, it fall short to the Android and iSo. But I can deal with it, since I only use the Z10 for business purpose, all the other games/social apps for BB 10 are just bonus for me.

Did not regret buying the Z10, I am falling in love with BB again

I used bb 9900 one more years ago..and no any problems so far...but z10 has no bis system.....any ching..know about z10 now to be incurred huge a lot of data charges....

I fully support bbm when it used by biz...which is quite userfirendly on email...but. I expect it can be compared to another smartphone....actually z10 is look very nice...but it kick off BIS system...so...most concerned the comment by Ching....

today i just confirm. NO more BIS. but you may use RIM value added feature as usual in BB10 device
