正则表达式问题

html代码:
<table width="100%" class="joblist" id="resultset-detailed" border="0" sizcache="57" sizset="93">
<tbody class="bg" sizcache="57" sizset="93">bg中的内容</tbody>
<tbody class="lala" sizcache="57" sizset="93">lala中的内容</tbody>
</table>
我想获取table 的id 为resultset-detailed下的tbody 中的class为bg 的内容“bg中的内容”

写了一个正则如下：
<table.*? id="resultset-detailed"[^>]+>(<tbody.*?class="bg"[^>]+>(.*?)</tbody>|.*?)</table>
但是第三个分组中（.*?）的一直捕获不到分组（“bg中的内容”）

注：已启用单行模式，但是
<tbody.*?class="bg"[^>]+>(.*?)</tbody>
中的第二个分组就可以获取，实在不解，跪求高手路过解答

没有人理我么。。。。？哭死
