ActiveReports报表 不能打印 RICOH Aficio MP 1810L 打印机？

ActiveReports报表 不能打印 RICOH Aficio MP 1810L 打印机？我使用这个报表工具八年了，所遇到的打印机都可以正常打印，为何到了这个“理光RICOH”打印机就不可以了？难道报表控件不支持这个型号的打印机？还是什么原因？
有谁能指点一下，谢谢。

点ActiveReports报表的打印按钮时，一直是下面的对话框，再也不动了。
