ntp时间同步问题

服务器 A（192.168.0.13）:ntp.conf

服务器 B（192.168.0.14）:ntp.conf

问题：
当网络通畅的时候时间服务器B连接到A, 断开时。 B以本地时间为时间源。
测试发现启动后B能正常连接到A,当断开网络。 B连接到本地LOCAL(0). 重新连接网络，B不能自动恢复连接到A

有哪位知道这是什么问题吗？ 谢谢！
