spin控件问题

那位高手给说一下 对于一个spin的控件，在响应spin控件时重载OnVScroll(nSBCode, nPos, pScrollBar)函数和响应UDN_DELTAPOS消息有什么区别啊？
什么时候用哪个函数响应是比较恰当的啊？
