Apache Rewrite 网页伪静态不成功

环境是tomcat6+Apache2.2+mod_jk的集群环境，现只启动一个tomcat6测试网页伪静态。C:\Apache2.2\conf\httpd.conf配置如下：

RewriteRule ^(.*)\index.html$ $1http://192.168.0.111/ex/index.jsp [PT] #想把首页静态化，就是不成功
#RewriteRule ^(.+)$ index.html #用这语句替代上一条语句也不行

先启动的tomcat6，后启动Apache2.2，网站可正常运行，就是RewriteRule（静态化）不起一点作用，不知道怎么回事。

即访问http://192.168.0.111/ex/index.jsp 
可直接指向http://192.168.0.111/ex/index.html
