2.1版本ALLINONE模式的问题

手册上说开启define('RUNTIME_ALLINONE', true);
会生成~allinone.php，我开启以后生成了，但是~runtime.php还是也依然会自动生成，
就是同时会生成 ~runtime.php  和  
~allinone.php 两个文件

生成~runtime.php 是为了生成 ~allinone.php
但是生成了~allinone.php 后 ~runtime.php 就不需要了
