centos装mpiayer出错，怎么解决阿

在网上看别人说的方法，自己去下了需要的4个程序包下来。
但是出现了问题。
Note for gcc 2.96 users: Some versions of this compiler are known to miscompile
mplayer and lame (which is used for mencoder).  If you get compile errors,
first upgrade to the latest 2.96 release (minimum 2.96-85) and try again.
If the problem still exists, try with gcc 3.x (or 2.95.x) *BEFORE* reporting

Error: Bad gcc version

看了之后去更新了gcc。
线程模型：posix
gcc 版本 4.1.2 20080704 (Red Hat 4.1.2-50)

但是还是出现上面的错误为什么阿
