安装aix5309出现的报错，请帮忙看看。

一台P630重新安装aix系统 ，放入光盘 选择全新安装后提示的报错：

第一次提示：

bwrite/write clean :I/O error
fshop_make:internal error,bread/bwrite failed.
filesystem Helper:Implementation-specific error,code= (142)
bos install:could not create the / file system.

第二次提示：

read error:i/o error

unpack:internal unpacking error:decode failure
restore ut of space!

更换过硬盘  更换过cdrom 安装都出现此类报错，请教大家  帮帮忙，多谢！
