webmin登录不了，是什么问题

我安装了webmin后，显示
https://localhost.localdomain:10000/

  https://localhost.localdomain:10000/

and login with the name and password you entered previously.

Because Webmin uses SSL for encryption only, the certificate
it uses is not signed by one of the recognized CAs such as
Verisign. When you first connect to the Webmin server, your
browser will ask you if you want to accept the certificate
presented, as it does not recognize the CA. Say yes.

然后，我打开浏览器，输入www.baidu.com可以登录的，但是输入https://localhost.localdomain:10000/

为什么不能登录，显示连接错误。这是什么问题啊？

证书是webmin做的，不权威，一般浏览器显示错误，可以直接进入，没问题

是本地安装的？
