校园网Dr.com登录不了

物理机装UBUNTU,虚拟机xp,把netkeeper拨号软件安装在virtualbox里面.
vitualbox是adaptor 1是host only,adaptor 2是桥接.现在虚拟机能上网,物理机不行.
由于netkeeper不能共享,所以装了sygate.
cmd输入ipconfig /all如下,请问ubuntu如何设置,求指点.
