problem of install vmware tools

I try once again,it failed. I don't know what's I can do to resolve it .I need you help.

it like this::

我 直接用 VM->>Install VMware Tools..得到 VMware Tools安 装 包,然 后 复 制到 主文件夹下 进 行 安 装 的 ,应 该不 存在 版本 文題!

安 装 的 过程中 都 是 使用 默认\直接回车 ,应 该也 没 问 題!

vmware-config
重新配置一遍。
