ie8 字体大小不一

ie8 模式 
字体大小不一 
谁遇到过 使用ie7模式正常 或者代码中加入
<meta http-equiv="x-ua-compatible" content="ie=7" />
也正常 但是想知道比如jira 这些是如何让字体正常的，看过源码，没有上面这一行
跟字体相关css如下
