struts2 action forward 的问题

本人想在打开index.jsp页面时，自动访问某个action，根据网络上的方法：
先新建另外一个index2.jsp页面，在里面下上如下语句：

<head>
<!--
表示5秒 跳转到xxx.do
-->
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="1; url=roleList.action"/>
</head>
</html>
然后在struts.xml文件中，为roleList.action进行了配置，内容如下：
<action name="roleList" class="com.common.action.RoleAction" method="execute">
<result name="success">dwz/RoleList.jsp
</result>
</action>
现在的情况是：该action能够被正确调用，因为我在里面写上了打印语句，但总是提示页面找不到？ 我估计应该是dwz/RoleList.jsp找不到，但该文件确实是存在的呀？为什么说404错误呢？
大家看看我哪里做的不到位？谢谢。
