TNS-12537: TNS:connection closed错误

在sqlnet.log里面有很多
  Tracing not turned on.
  Tns error struct:
    ns main err code: 12537
    TNS-12537: TNS:connection closed
    ns secondary err code: 12560
    nt main err code: 507
    TNS-00507: Connection closed
    nt secondary err code: 0
    nt OS err code: 0
错误

PLSQL Developer登录提示 TNS-12537: TNS:connection closed 错误，
但是sqlplus /nolog
conn /as sysdba
却能登录。

lsnrctl status也不正常。

重启TNS服务可以登录，但是一会就不行了。

连接数和sga都没问题，启动一段时间后才会出现这种现象，哪个大牛能告诉我到底是怎么了？
谁帮帮我呀？
