Rewrite 伪静态为什么没效果呢？

环境wap2.0 
模块LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so 也开启了

Apache配置：
RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^/ss_(.*).htm$ /weijingtai?id=$1


输入下面的地址均找不到页面！
http://localhost/ss_dgfdh46.htm 
http://localhost/weijingtai/ss_dgfdh46.htm 


实际目录
http://localhost/weijingtai/index.php

php内容
echo @$_GET['id'];

郁闷啊！、
没人啊？
