我的电脑为何常出现蓝底白字!

每当快要进入到桌面，偶尔都会出现蓝底白字!不然就是跑XP读条突然当机没反应!系统也重灌ㄣ便了，也没安装什么软体！就是找不到原因！不知道是哪里出问题了！

1.CPU:INTEL I7 2600K(已关闭自动超频功能)
2.主机板:GIGABYTE P67A UD7-B3 ,F5
3.记忆体:金士顿DDR3 1333 2G*2(已换过创见记忆体测试还是一样，已关闭超频功能)
4.DVD-RW:LITE-ON 24X *2
5.硬碟:WD 160G SATA 8MB 7200RPM
6.显示卡:GIGABYTE ATI 6970 2GB(时脉和记忆体都是预设都不超频)
7.电源供应器:酷妈850W(铜牌)
8.作业系统:WINDOWS XP SP3

蓝底白字如下：
