SSH安装连接不到服务器

我在Ubuntu上安装SSH服务器，用sudo apt-get install openssh-server这个命令安装了
客户端是XP系统，我下载了SSH软件安装，SSHSecureShellClient-3.2.9
安装好后，
在Host Name输入IP地址，
User Name中输入用户名
Port我填22
Authentication我选择“<Profile Settings>”

确定后，出现
The host '......' is unreachable.
The host may be down,or there may be a problem with the network connections.
Sometimes such problems can also be caused by a misconfigured firewall

是我自己的IP输错了。
