codeigniter框架如何访问静态页面

经过网上资料，我顺利的完成不用再地址栏中输入index.php的问题。但是现在又有一个问题出现，不光现在连PHP也不能输入，就是好比http://localhost/index.html也不能访问了。我之前只是在阿帕奇服务器http.conf中修改了如下

  Options Indexes FollowSymLinks
  AllowOverride all
  Order allow,deny 
  Allow from all 
  </Directory>

  RewriteEngine on 
  RewriteRule ^/script/(.*) /script/$1 [L]

  </IfModule>
请问如何才能访问html，因为生成了一个全站静态，后台使用的PHP实现。

现在一旦访问http://localhost/就会出现
The URI you submitted has disallowed characters.
