求助：PerlApp错误

汉化一个开源软件
有几个错误：

PerlApp is not able to locate Jcode.pm using the current module search path.  This module is probably required.  If this module is required then adjust the module search path on the Main tab so that it can be found.  Otherwise consider trimming the module in order to hide this error.

还有TK.pm, Encode.pm 这些都有WINDOWs版的吗？

还是在LINUX下编译比较好呢/

网上说LINUX下PERL可以自己下载相关的PM。怎么设置呢？
