软体集体罢工(NET Framework/Visual C++/MSXML)

似乎一切的错误都是从我开启自动更新开始

开启自动更新后呢,我首先发现我的格式工厂坏掉了(重新安装格式工厂也没有用)

於是GOOGLE后发现跟NET Framework有关西,想说会不会是因为在更新,所以出问题,於是从开机后
我的小红伞就爆了(软体主视窗无法开启,但是右鉴的扫瞄功能正常)

於是我发现我电脑里的NET Framework 1.1~40通通无法安装或移除,所以上网找到这个工具
.NET Framework Cleanup Tool 全部移除后仍无法安装....
